Telephonic confirmation is mandatory, if unable to contact us, then send us a text message. Sleeveless, low neck, figure hugging shirts/tops, short pants, hot pants not allowed. Please avoid wearing Gold and other jewelry. Do not carry handbags/Jolas/sling /plastic bags.

What are the things to carry?
Haversack to keep hands free, water bottle 3 liters. An extra pair of clothes. Ready to eat food, like plum cakes, chocolate bar, some snacks & biscuits etc. Electoral or GluconD powder. Personal medicines and a personal first aid kit. Sun protection cap, sun screen lotion, goggles, torch with spare set of batteries, small hand towel. Rain cheater during monsoon season and a sweater during winter season.

Call us and we shall help you in getting the best cameras, zoom lenses, telephoto lenses on hire (hire charges to be paid by the participants separately).

What to wear for this trek?
Cotton t-shirts, full sleeves recommended. Full-length trousers or track pants. Wear dry fit if possible. Dark and dull coloured clothes.

Is there any Bank charges?
Bank charges for a fund transfer that will be borne by the participants

What is the cancellation Policy?
50 % refund if notified via telephonic conversation 5 days prior to the event date
No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 5 days. No show No Refund.

What is the event disclosures on medical conditions and event risk profile?
It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip before enrolling for this event. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital or PHC (Public Health Center) wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves. The cost mentioned above is for Indian citizens ONLY payable in Indian Rupees. We recommend you to please take care while walking / climbing / trekking. Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Trekking or any adventure activity is potentially risky. For all these events, you are at your own risk. Organizers/ChalNikalPade / Trek Leaders are not responsible for any accident or compensation in whatsoever manner. Do not misinterpret it as a PICNIC or LEISURE TOUR. Note, this trek route does not have any fixed/proper/appropriate washrooms or bathrooms.

What are the things to carry?
A valid photo address ID - proof. A water bottle with 2 liters of water – compulsory. Carry a rain cheater it may rain.
Personal dry ration (dry fruits, plumb cake), Personal medication (if any). Personal electoral powder / Glucon D (compulsory). Camera (Optional). Carry cash for personal expenses on the way.

How to carry my personal belongs?
Please carry your own personal belongings in a Daypack on your back while cycling.

What to wear for this event?
Wear cycling shorts / Trek Pants and T – Shirts for this event.
Wear cycling jersey if possible (as there have reflectors on them).
Wear hand gloves (optional).
Wear a good pair of sturdy sport shoes (Chappals/floaters/sandals are not allowed).

What is the minimum age restriction for this trip?
18 years to 45 years

Is assistance be provided to participants with special needs? [Differently abled].
No

Can participants bring their own cycle?
Yes

If yes, will there be a price cut?
Pay less by Rs 250.00

Instructions to participants getting their own cycle?
Should a good working cycle that can be used for long rides. Need to use your own personal helmets.

Any recommended accessories?
Yes, front tight and rear tail light for the cycle and personal helmet.

Will there be any support crew/back up vehicle for this trip?
Support mechanic will assist us. No support vehicle.

Can the participant leave half way during the event?
No.

What happens in case of cycle breakdown?
Minor repairs covered like (puncture, break bush adjustment, seat adjustment)
Major accidents not covered - will be recovered from the participant.

What are the list of exclusion for Midnight cycle ride?
All kinds of extra meals on route. Insurance, tips, extra bottled mineral water, aerated drinks etc. Any kind of personal expenses. Any kind of cost which is not mentioned in the cost includes above. All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like road blocks, bad weather.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

What is advisory precaution for Midnight cycle ride?
Do not carry heavy luggage in your day pack. Do not use abusive language while speaking to people in the group or others using the road. This is a group activity and we shall be moving together at all times.

By joining on this trip as a participant you confirm to have read the rules and understand the nature of this group/event.  Entering the group/event at our own risk and take full responsibility for my safety and actions during the event. By attending or joining this group/event, if any harm, injury, loss, liability or damage is caused to me or my property, I and/or any of my legal heirs and/or representatives shall not hold or its administrators and members and organizers of the group/event liable or responsible for the same. I hereby confirm that my participation in this group and cycling events, training rides, group rides and/or fun rides, whether formal and/or informal, that are organized and/or run by, and/or held under the auspices of, (“the cycling events and/or rides”) is entirely at my own risk and in the full appreciation of the inherent risks in such participation. Do think travelling light is recommended - maybe get the clothes done at local laundry?
There is no laundry available outside except those offered by the hotels. Carry clothes which can dry easily since you may frequent the beach. It’s better to travel light as the airline doesn't permit much.

What's the footwear you recommend?
Crocs are the best option, but anything that is beach friendly

How much would be required over and above the stay in expenses?
Completely depends upon what additional activities you like to do and the kind of food you want to eat. We have ATM's around so no worries.

Which mobile network work the best?

How is the internet connectivity?
Slow or no internet connectivity across islands.

Do you have a list of things to carry?

Double sharing basis. All sightseeing by private AC vehicle at all the islands except Baratang.

Full day tour with all transfers including airport pickup and drop. All entry tickets, ferry tickets and permit charges. Parking charges. One shore Scuba Diving experience for 25 mins. One Sea Walk experience for 15 mins, Shared Bus trip to Baratang Island. Complimentary Snorkelling at Elephant Beach for 15 mins.

What are the Exclusions?
Flight Tickets are not included. Vehicle not at disposal at any of the islands. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner not included. Other meals not mentioned laundry, telephone calls, and incidentals. Any personal expenses. Room service and special orders. Camera Tickets are NOT INCLUDED in the mentioned cost of Sightseeing & Transfers. Any extra excursion or sightseeing apart from suggested tour itinerary.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of booking value will be Charged as cancellation fees. If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will Be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking Value will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be Cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

For any unforeseen conditions, ChalNikalPade or its partners in the Andaman Islands shall not be responsible. Please carry your own personal medicines as per your family doctor’s advice. All water activities are subject to weather conditions. Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case Sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, ChalNikalPade or its service partners in Andaman Islands will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subject to change. Rooms are subject to availability. In case the rooms are not available then similar category Room in another hotels will be provided.
